About the role
This role keeps people in our District safe by responding to their concerns on dogs, wandering stock and satisfying Council regulatory responsibilities.
We provide education to ensure the community get the right information and understand it, to proactively comply with relevant legislation.
You will need experience in handling dogs and stock including the microchipping of animals and have a sound knowledge of the Dog Control Act 1996 and as we are a small Council you will also be required to assist with other compliance and monitoring services.
