About the opportunity
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong leadership to multidisciplinary teams, and keeps a sharp eye on timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
As the Project Manager - Infrastructure Delivery, you will:
- Lead the delivery of capital works projects from planning through to completion.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, and procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Council's project governance frameworks and policies.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement through effective closeout, reporting, and lessons learned.

About You
We're after a proactive and organised professional who's confident managing multiple priorities and engaging with a range of stakeholders. Your ability to solve problems, control costs, and deliver on time will be key to your success.
You'll bring:
- 3+ years' experience delivering infrastructure, 3 Waters, or civil construction projects.
- Proven experience managing project finances, budgets, and procurement.
- Strong understanding of contractor management and delivery processes.
- Familiarity with local government or similar governance environments.
- Qualified Engineer or project management certification (preferred but not essential).
