We're after someone with strong technical skills and a passion for improving road safety.

You'll need:

  • At least 5 years' experience in road safety or traffic engineering
  • Familiarity with NZTA standards, STMS, and Safety Management Systems
  • Strong analytical and project support skills
  • A full NZ driver licence and the ability to travel across the district

In addition, we offer:

  • Competitive salary + benefits + mob + laptop
  • Flexible work arrangements and a range of employee wellbeing initiatives
  • A commitment to your growth and development, with access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • One paid volunteer day per year to give back to the Kaipara community.
  • Staff health insurance, banking, and retail discounts.
  • Free EAP services and a focus on your overall health and wellbeing.
  • 5 weeks of annual leave after 5 years of service.
